Lunar Eclipse September 16 2016—Third Eclipse In Thirty Days

A lunar eclipse occurs September 16, 2016. It’s exact by degree at 12:05 p.m. PDT, 24 degrees 19 minutes Pisces.

This is the third eclipse since the lunar eclipse on August 18, 2016. A solar eclipse occurred September 1, 2016.

More than one way exists to calculate eclipses; some methods show the August 18th 2016 Full Moon to be “not quite” an eclipse. Though according to my astrological findings, it was a lunar eclipse, even though nobody on this planet could see the Earth’s shadow on the Moon.

It’s unusual to have three eclipses in thirty days, and even more so to have Mercury, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto retrograde occurring at the same time. Although Mercury is retrograde officially 8-30-2016 to 9-21-2016, my findings show the three week or so period before it actually goes retrograde is worth paying attention to.

Typically, judgment is distorted during eclipses, particularly during lunar eclipses. Take extra care with important decisions, avoid impulsiveness, and know that things may not be as they appear to be.

See this blog post for more information about limiting your overall risk during an eclipse.
