A New Moon, exact by degree, occurs 12-2-2013 at 4:22 p.m. PST, 10 degrees 59 minutes Sagittarius.
A broader, less potent New Moon range (by sign), while the Moon transits the sign of Sagittarius: 12-1-2013 10:31 p.m. PST until 12-3-2013 10:49 p.m. PST.
The span of time from the New Moon until the Full Moon, averaging about 14.5 days, is an auspicious time for new beginnings, according to my long-term, empirical findings. It’s one of hundreds of “green light” factors in my systems of analysis.
In natal charts (your birth charts–plural–you have many birth charts), it’s considered rewarding to be born between a New Moon and Full Moon, and it’s an affliction if you’re born between a Full Moon and New Moon.
Being born between a Full Moon and New Moon is only one of hundreds of possible afflictions, most of which aren’t appropriate to relay like a weather update due to their personal nature, unlike these factors.
Being aware of cosmic goings-on, like those on the page linked above, can help you minimize your risk.
You can further mitigate your overall risk by finding out about the predestined rewards and challenges in your future, as I delineate through my analyses. You can’t cheat fate, but you can prepare for it.
