The software allows organizations to completely manage their job applicants on-line, and it includes a time-saving feature called a “Share Profile” which allows co-workers to collaborate in the hiring process.
In finding the best match for the job, it’s always recommended to base the hiring decision on all of the following: experience; the interview process including multiple interviews; professional references; background checks and investigations; and appropriate personality strengths.
Now, assessing personality strengths through traditional methods like multiple choice self-tests is one way, but it’s advised to also use a more objective assessment technique: handwriting analysis, by a trained professional.
Note: In order to avoid legal issues, the hiring manager should require that every job applicant submits a handwriting sample, whether or not that person’s sample is to be analyzed, if the employer intends to utilize handwriting analysis in the hiring process. This approach also applies to the usage of other evaluation methods.
