Effectiveness of Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment Questioned

While I believe there may be some value in the Myers-Briggs personality assessment, particularly in helping to determine social inclination, for example, two things must be kept in mind: it’s a self-assessment test, so it may not reflect true personality; the test labels the subject either-or, and nothing in-between, so it’s possible to get different results taking the test on different occasions.
