Components of Compatibility: What Makes You Click

Sometimes you have instant rapport with other people and you get along famously right from the start.

But with others, it’s the opposite: a constant uphill battle. For reason’s you can’t fathom, almost everything you say to each other, for example, is taken as a slight or an insult and disharmony reigns.

According to Rom and Ori Brafman, authors of the book “Click, The Magic of Instant Connections,” there are five key elements of an agreeable connection:

  1. Vulnerablity–approachability and willingness to be open to new contacts
  2. Proximity–must be in the same location
  3. Resonance–sense of well-being, feeling validated in their presence
  4. Similarity—common interests and beliefs
  5. Environment—shared adversity or misfortune fosters affinity

The authors share plenty of common sense.

However, what about the spiritual facet of unions, that which is unexplainable by traditional science, including psychology?

I believe there exist three commonly overlooked features of your reality as it relates to compatibility in relationships:

  1. Your karmic blueprint, which includes your past life debts and credits (whether you choose to believe in past lives or instead see them as symbolism), and key current life circumstances and personality attributes—some alterable, many not.
  2. Your unique timing, which is directly linked to your karmic blueprint. Everyone’s timing is different, and a person’s timing can symbolically make or break a relationship.
  3. Your compatibility with others through comprehensive astrology and numerology charting, and handwriting analysis.

Of the five essentials Rom and Ori Brafman outline, resonance—that sense of well-being, feeling like you’re validated in their presence (vs. feeling guilty, tense, unexplainably uncomfortable, as if something is amiss, etc.)—is the most important by far. If you don’t have that feeling of chemistry, the relationship isn’t on firm ground.

It’s impossible to ascertain exactly why there is, for instance, a heightened sense of strife and anger within one new connection, and the other, more pleasant extreme in the next association.

In spite of this, you can measure approximately how well you will click with anyone through comprehensive astrology and numerology charting, along with handwriting analysis, which delves deeply into subconscious fears and defenses.
