Numerology Myth: 2015 Year of Infinite Abundance for Everyone

Since the year 2015 equals 8 (2+0+1+5 = 8) through numerology, and the number 8 equates to wealth, select New Age carnival barkers are proclaiming everyone can become rich in 2015.

All you have to do is attend more inspirational seminars, buy more spiritual books, get in touch with the spirit of wealth, and all the abundance in the universe will be yours.

Unfortunately, the real world doesn’t work this way.

2006, 1997, 1988, 1979, 1970, 1961, and all other 8 Universal Years didn’t yield infinite abundance for you or anyone else based on the year exclusively, and 2015 won’t either.

Besides, the number 2015 isn’t a very prosperous 8, compared to 1952, 1898, 1844, 1799, 1727, 1601, 1520, 1331, and many others.

A sure sign of “for entertainment purposes only” numerology is exclusive focus on a handful of factors, or worse, a single factor like the Universal Year 2015. The talk about 2015 is reminiscent of the hype surrounding the year 2012.

The truth is, in order to predict wealth (or the opposite) in an individual’s future through numerology (and astrology), distinct patterns comprised of multiple indicators in the natal (birth) and timing comprehensive charts must be present.

The Universal Year is only one of hundreds of factors to consider. Its symbolic energy is different for everyone; it’s used in various calculations with the person’s unique natal and timing numbers. 2015 equates to a windfall for one person, and poverty for the next. Everyone’s timing is different.

Additionally, the symbolism of the number 8 goes much deeper than simply “wealth.” See this page for more information about the number 8.

Now that you know infinite wealth for everyone, or even a higher than average number of people, won’t happen in 2015, you won’t be disappointed when hope crashes against the rocks of reality.

“Hope is such a bait, it covers any hook.”
Oliver Goldsmith

“Expecting something for nothing is the most popular form of hope.”
Arnold H. Glasow
